Former Head of Armenia's Urban Development Committee Vahagn Vermishyan Ends Hunger Strike
Vahagn Vermishyan, the former head of Armenia's Urban Development Committee and currently incarcerated at the Yerevan-Center penitentiary, ended his hunger strike this morning, November 28. This was reported by aravot.am.
The information was confirmed by Nona Navikyan, the head of the public relations department of the Penitentiary Service, who noted that explanatory work had been conducted with the detainee.
Vermishyan's health condition is satisfactory. It should be noted that he declared a hunger strike on November 25, demanding the resignation of Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan.
