Azerbaijan Artificially Delays the Return of Armenian Prisoners and Exchange of Remains: Ombudsman
The Ombudsman of Armenia, Arman Tatoyan, held a working discussion with Tanya Lokshina, the Deputy Regional Director for Europe and Central Asia at Human Rights Watch. Tatoyan informed that the authorities of Azerbaijan are artificially delaying the processes of returning Armenian prisoners and exchanging remains.
The Ombudsman expressed gratitude to the organization for confirming, through a special report, the use of banned cluster munitions by Azerbaijan against the civilian population.
