Why Was There No Border Guard or Other Armed Force in Sotk During Martial Law? Marukyan

The head of the LHK faction in the National Assembly, Edmon Marukyan, wrote on his Facebook page:

“Since Nikol Pashinyan will soon make a video address, let me ask one thing: Yesterday, the ‘My Step’ faction voted against our proposal to lift martial law, that is, there is martial law in the country, and there has been martial law. If martial law is not only for preserving your power, then why was there no border guard or other armed force in Sotk during martial law?”
