Snow in Jambarak, Rainy Snow in Goris; Lars Open Only for Freight Vehicles

The Ministry of Emergency Situations reports that roads across Armenia are passable. In the town of Jambarak in Gegharkunik Province, there is snowfall, while in Goris, Syunik Province, rain mixed with snow is observed.

Regarding Lars, according to information received from the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Georgia and the Emergency Situations Ministry of Russia's North Ossetia crisis management center, due to emergency conditions, the Stepantsminda-Lars road is open only for freight transport.

According to information from the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Armenia, the decision to prohibit the entry of foreigners into Georgia remains in effect. The restriction does not apply to freight transportation.
