Russia's Ministry of Emergency Situations Discusses Delivering Humanitarian Aid to Artsakh by Rail
The Ministry of Emergency Situations of Russia is discussing the delivery of humanitarian aid to the population of Nagorno-Karabakh via railway. This was reported to TASS by the ministry's press service.
“Currently, the Ministry of Emergency Situations of Russia is working on the issue of additional humanitarian aid delivery through the operation of rail transport. This will save time in cargo delivery and expedite the process of restoring infrastructure in the affected areas,” the ministry stated.
The agency also noted that the renovated houses in Nagorno-Karabakh will soon be ready for resettlement. “The rescue workers of the Ministry of Emergency Situations of Russia continue the restoration of residential buildings until the onset of winter. With the materials transported to Nagorno-Karabakh by the Ministry, the first 10 multi-apartment buildings will be ready for resettlement in the coming days,” the ministry added.
