Preparations are Underway for Nikol Pashinyan's Visit to Moscow
The Prime Minister of Armenia, Nikol Pashinyan, has signed a decision according to which the head of the Prime Minister's Office Protocol Department, Eduard Harutyunyan, is being dispatched to the Russian Federation (Moscow) from November 30 to December 4, 2020, for the purpose of organizing and carrying out the Prime Minister of Armenia's visit.
The decision states: “The expenses for Eduard Harutyunyan's trip to the Russian Federation (Moscow), including the airfare (Yerevan-Moscow), daily allowances and accommodation fees, will be covered by the funds allocated for external missions from the maintenance expenditures of the Prime Minister's Office in the 2020 state budget of the Republic of Armenia.”
Furthermore, the head of the Prime Minister's Office Protocol Department is required to present a report on the outcomes of the trip to the Russian Federation to the Prime Minister's Office within three days after returning from the mission.
