Nikol Pashinyan Once Again Fails to Control the Situation, Says Movses Hakobyan
Nikol Pashinyan, as always, is failing to control the situation today, said Movses Hakobyan, the former head of the Military Oversight Service of the Ministry of Defense of Armenia and the former chief of the General Staff of the Armed Forces, in an interview with Aysor.am.
In response to the question of what failures of the 9th military district Pashinyan is referring to, Hakobyan replied, "That is a topic for a separate analysis; I won't talk about it today."
When asked whether the Defense Army needed moral support from the Prime Minister's wife, Anna Hakobyan, Movses Hakobyan stated that those whom she decided to support should be asked.
"You should ask those to whom she decided to provide support whether they received that moral support or not; ask the army if they received moral support or not," said Movses Hakobyan.
Today, Pashinyan mentioned in his address that the 9th military district was breached, leading to a disaster. "And that general who shares at least part of the responsibility for that failure through his illegal interventions is now giving press conferences and making so-called revelations," he stated.
The Prime Minister then noted that his wife’s visit to the command center of the Defense Army was intended to express moral support and solidarity to the troops.
