Yerevan's Allocated 100 Million Dram for New Year Celebrations to be Directed to Stepanakert's Infrastructure Recovery
The Yerevan Council today unanimously decided to allocate the 100 million dram initially earmarked for New Year celebrations in the 2020 budget to the capital of Artsakh. The funds will be directed towards the restoration capital works of civilian facilities and infrastructure damaged due to targeting in Stepanakert.
