“Zohrap Mnatsakanyan, the former Minister of Foreign Affairs of Armenia, is preparing to take his family out of Armenia. On November 20, he contacted United Nations Secretary-General Antonio Guterres, asking for employment, to which Guterres promised to consider the request.
