Light Snowfall in Goris Roads, Rainfall in Kapan Roads
The Ministry of Territorial Administration and Infrastructure of the Republic of Armenia informs that as of November 23, at 17:00, light snowfall is observed on the roads of the Goris region, while rain is falling on the roads of Kapan. All interstate and national significance roads are open.
Road construction teams are engaged in snow clearing and treatment with salt and sand on the roads. In order to avoid accidents, incidents, and traffic jams, drivers are advised to travel exclusively on winter tires.
