The Ministry of Civil Defense, Emergencies, and Disaster Relief of the Russian Federation has sent humanitarian aid to Artsakh. A convoy of vehicles loaded with construction materials has headed towards Stepanakert and neighboring areas to carry out restoration work on homes and infrastructure damaged during the war.
