Bloodshed Will Be on the Hands of Those Violating the Ceasefire Agreement in Nagorno-Karabakh: Putin
The Russian Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov has announced that according to available data, around 45,000 Azerbaijanis and 90,000 Armenian refugees from Nagorno-Karabakh are in need of assistance. This was reported by RIA Novosti.
During a consultation on the peacekeeping mission in Nagorno-Karabakh, Lavrov informed Russian President Vladimir Putin that attempts are being made to change the nature of the peacekeeping operation in the region.
In response to attempts to hinder the implementation of trilateral agreements regarding Nagorno-Karabakh, President Putin stated, “There is only one alternative: war, and the blood will be on the hands of those who try to torpedo the agreements.”
