Over 2600 Refugees Returned to Stepanakert Since November 14: Russian Ministry of Defense
The Russian Ministry of Defense reports that more than 2600 refugees have returned to Stepanakert since November 14. This information was provided by the RIA Novosti news agency.
“On November 18, 2020, an additional 936 refugees returned to Artsakh from the territory of Armenia. Since November 14, more than 2600 residents have returned to Stepanakert, having previously left their homes,” the statement from the Russian Ministry of Defense indicates.
According to the source, the safe transportation of the refugees by buses along the contact line is being ensured by Russian military personnel.
