The hero of Artsakh, Lieutenant General Manvel Grigoryan, passed away due to a lack of appropriate medical treatment abroad, attributed to the indifference of the Minister of Health and the complacency of the court, according to his lawyer Levon Baghdasaryan. He stated, 'His last words were: They erased my name, I endured, but I can't bear to give up the territories I liberated.'
