Iskander Was Used, But I Won't Say Where. Movses Hakobyan

The former head of the Armenian Ministry of Defense's military surveillance service, General-Major Movses Hakobyan, addressed the use of Iskander missiles during the war in a press conference. In response to the question of why Iskander missiles were not used during the war, Hakobyan stated, "Iskander was used, but I won't say where it was aimed."

When pressed on whether it was fired at Shushi, Hakobyan reiterated, "I know where it was aimed, but I won't say."
