Interstate Roads from the Republic of Armenia to Artsakh Are Passable
The interstate roads from the Republic of Armenia to Artsakh are passable. Traffic to Artsakh is permitted both via the Vardenis-Sotk-Karabakh highway and the Goris-Berzdor-Shushi section.
The safety of traffic through Shushi towards Stepanakert is ensured by the Russian peacekeeping forces. It is noteworthy that this route is only allowed for civilian residents. Those in uniform or carrying weapons are prohibited from using this road.
Attention: Visibility on the roads in the Sotk twists is limited. In some areas, mixed rain and snow are falling. This information is reported by the Artsakh Information Headquarters.
