Lavrov Discusses Situation Around Nagorno-Karabakh with OSCE Co-Chairs and Kasprzyk
The Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Russian Federation, Sergey Lavrov, held discussions with the OSCE Minsk Group co-chairs—Igor Popov (Russia), Stéphane Visconti (France), and Andrew Schofer (USA)—as well as the OSCE Chairperson-in-Office's Personal Representative, Andrzej Kasprzyk, regarding the situation around Nagorno-Karabakh.
According to reports from the press service of the Russian Ministry of Foreign Affairs, the consultations addressed the current situation in Nagorno-Karabakh and its surroundings, which emerged after the signing of an agreement on the cessation of hostilities and military actions on November 9 by the leaders of Armenia, Azerbaijan, and Russia.
The discussions also included the coordination of further mediation efforts by the three countries.
