Russian Rescuers Establish Camp Near Stepanakert
Russian rescuers, who have arrived in Nagorno-Karabakh to provide humanitarian aid, have set up a camp near Stepanakert. This was reported by RIA Novosti.
The rescuers have been allocated the building of the village administration in the village of Ivanyan, where an operational headquarters will be established and employees of the Russian Ministry of Emergency Situations will be stationed. From here, they will coordinate the actions of the operational group and maintain communication with Moscow.
This group is intended to be part of the Interagency Center for Humanitarian Response being established by Russia, which aims to assist the local population.
