Prosecutor's Office to File Appeal Regarding Arthur Vanetsyan's Court Decision on Detention
The Prosecutor's Office of Armenia announces that the court's decision to reject the petition for the detention of Arthur Vanetsyan, the former head of the National Security Service and leader of the "Homeland" party, fundamentally contradicts the substantiated arguments based on the evidence of the case and the position of the Prosecutor's Office.
This was stated by the public relations department of the Office of the Prosecutor General of Armenia in an interview with Armenpress.
The department also noted that an appeal will be prepared against the decision.
