Operational Headquarters in Artsakh Addresses Issues of Population Return
The State Minister of the Republic of Artsakh, Grigori Martirosyan, informs the citizens of Artsakh: "The operational headquarters currently functioning in the Republic of Artsakh continues its work in coordinating issues related to the return of the civilian population, providing them with essential supplies and food. Additionally, for those who have lost their homes due to the war, it is working to ensure housing conditions, as well as the restoration of infrastructure.
The Ministry of Territorial Administration and Development is engaged in registering residential houses and apartments, inventorying issues, and addressing current problems. Tomorrow, the ministry will present detailed information to the public in the form of an announcement.
Food assistance is being organized by the Stepanakert Municipality and the administrative bodies of the regions.
