The International Committee of the Red Cross (ICRC) states, “Everyone deserves to know what happened to their loved ones.” In Nagorno-Karabakh, the parties are retrieving the remains of fallen soldiers under the supervision of Russian peacekeeping forces and in the presence of the ICRC. We will continue to act as a neutral intermediary to support the search efforts for missing persons and facilitate the return of prisoners of war and those detained in connection with the conflict.
