Photos: Artsakh Residents Burn Their Homes and Leave
People are demolishing, destroying, and burning their homes as they leave. This was reported by Facebook user Artush Khachatryan, who shared photos from Artsakh.
“Scenes of madness along the entire road. We arrived at Dadivank, a ray of hope shone there; a baptism was taking place... Hundreds of people had come to say goodbye to Dadivank today, but there was a common hope among them, and they hurried to share it with one another. - You know, we will not give Dadivank to the Turk. Inside the monastery, men and women were weeping quietly, and from a small village below the monastery, thick smoke was rising from several burning houses,” wrote Khachatryan alongside the photos.
