The Perpetrator of the Provocation Near the Parliament Has Been Detained
The head of the Prime Minister's office, Eduard Aghajanyan, writes on his Facebook page: "Dear citizens, the perpetrator of the provocation that took place near the Parliament a short while ago has been detained. Currently, measures are being taken to identify this individual.
Despite the fact that a police representative repeatedly stated in a live broadcast that the perpetrator was a civilian and that the police could not conduct such absurd actions, some media outlets persistently interpret the incident as a provocation carried out by the police, which, I reiterate, has no correlation with reality. We will provide additional information to the public as soon as the identity of the provocateur is clarified.
Wishing sound judgment to all of us."
