We Are Collecting Communication Devices to Ensure Soldier Safety: Hovhannisyan

The representative of the Armenian Ministry of Defense, Artzrun Hovhannisyan, called again during a Facebook press conference to avoid the use of phones and smartphones for the sake of the safety of servicemen. "Recently, we have been collecting communication devices by law. I urge many of you to remain calm when you do not receive news for several days. Unfortunately, there are cases where casualties have occurred, but we have prohibited most servicemen from speaking, as it endangers their lives," he said.

Hovhannisyan noted that they have clear evidence that Azerbaijan is using military equipment that disrupts mobile communication channels.
