30-Year-Old Man Dies from Coronavirus, No Underlying Health Conditions
The Ministry of Health of Armenia has reported that the deceased was a 30-year-old man who had no underlying chronic health conditions.
On the previous day, one death was recorded involving a patient who tested positive for the coronavirus, but the cause of death was attributed to another illness. The total number of such cases has reached 243.
As of August 16 at 11:00 AM, a total of 41,663 cases of coronavirus have been confirmed, with 34,584 recoveries and 818 deaths. Currently, 6,018 patients are undergoing treatment for the virus. In total, 185,310 tests have been conducted.
Thus, there are 168 newly confirmed cases of coronavirus and 100 recoveries reported.
