Investigation Launched in Georgia Over Blackmail Case Involving Henzel Mkoyan
The Georgia police in the Samtskhe-Javakheti region has initiated an investigation into a blackmail case related to Henzel Mkoyan. The agency states that the investigation is being conducted under Article 181, Part 2, Subparagraph 'D' of the Criminal Code, which involves extortion for the purpose of obtaining a substantial sum of money accompanied by threats of violence against the victim or their close relatives, destruction or damage to their property, dissemination of news, or other information that could significantly violate their rights.
