Arrest is Illegal: Robert Nazaryan's Lawyer
The arrest of Robert Nazaryan, former head of the Public Services Regulatory Commission and former mayor of Yerevan, is illegal. This was stated by Nazaryan's lawyer, Gagik Khachikyan.
