The Condition of Child Transferred by Helicopter from Goris to Yerevan is Considered Critical by Doctors
Doctors at the "Holy Mother of God" Hospital transferred a 5-year-old child who was injured in a hit-and-run from Goris to Yerevan by helicopter yesterday. This was reported on the hospital's Facebook page by spokesperson Gevorg Derzyan.
"The child has multiple injuries, including an open cranio-cerebral injury, a fractured base of the skull, chest injuries, and pulmonary contusions. He is currently in the intensive care unit. Doctors consider his condition critical," Derzyan noted, adding that aeromedical evacuation made it possible to quickly transfer the child and provide the necessary professional medical assistance.
