What is Happening at VTB Bank Right Now
The VTB Bank located in the 9th district of Nor-Nork is currently closed, with police vehicles stationed in the building's parking lot. The bank has been cordoned off with tape. This has been reported by a NEWS.am correspondent from the scene.
According to information released to the media by the Police, a citizen entered the bank, made threats, and then left. The circumstances are under investigation, and an inquiry is underway.
