The Number of Coronavirus Victims in Turkey Reaches 131
As of March 29, the number of deaths from the new coronavirus (Covid-19) in Turkey has reached 131. This was announced by Turkey's Minister of Health Fahrettin Koca on his official Twitter account.
In his post, the minister noted that 1,815 new cases of coronavirus infection were confirmed from 9,982 tests conducted in the past 24 hours. During the same period, there were 23 recorded deaths among the infected individuals.
Thus, according to the latest data, a total of 65,446 tests have been conducted in Turkey, resulting in 9,982 confirmed cases of coronavirus infection and 131 deaths. In total, 105 individuals have recovered, while the condition of 568 patients is being assessed as serious, reports Ermenihaber.
