On March 29, at 15:07, the National Crisis Management Center of Armenia received a report about a traffic accident on the 14th km of the Yerevan-Sevan highway, near the "Ardzvi" statue, where a car has fallen into a gorge.
A firefighting and rescue team from the regional rescue department of the Ministry of Emergency Situations was dispatched to the scene.
It has been determined that a Hyundai Veloster, driven by Ani M., veered off the roadway, collided with the roadside barrier, and slid into the gorge (approximately 10 meters deep). Fortunately, there were no injuries reported.
