Violations Registered in the Military Boot Procurement Process at the Ministry of Defense: State Control Service
The Republic of Armenia's State Control Service has conducted a study on the legality and efficiency of the procurement processes of military boots for the needs of the Armed Forces at the Ministry of Defense.
During the investigation, violations related to the procurement processes were recorded, specifically regarding the technical specifications of the procurement item, planning, selection of procurement forms, delivery, compliance of supplied goods with technical specifications, and other related aspects.
Based on the results of the study, a report has been sent to the investigative committee of the Republic of Armenia to assess the registered violations in a criminal-legal context.
