Video: 'It's as if you don't want to sit still like a good boy' - Eduard Poghosyan assaulted

Eduard Poghosyan, the son of Mher Poghosyan who was killed 26 years ago due to the actions of Manvel Grigoryan's nephew, Hrant Grigoryan, was attacked months ago by masked individuals in Echmiadzin. This information came to light only today when Poghosyan released a video of the attack on his Facebook page.

Infocom.am reminds that after this incident, Manvel Grigoryan continually pressured the Poghosyan family, issuing threats. Some time after her husband's murder, Mher Poghosyan's wife, fearing for her safety, left Armenia with her young sons.

Eduard Poghosyan, who returned from Russia after the revolution, has been working on reopening his father's case. While the investigation into Eduard Poghosyan's complaints is concluding, it has not yet been sent to the first-instance court for new hearings.

Today, Eduard Poghosyan shared a video recorded on November 23, 2019, showing two masked individuals armed with batons chasing him. Following this incident, Eduard Poghosyan left Armenia. He also noted that he was approached by two masked individuals who said, 'It's as if you don't want to sit still like a good boy.'
