Chinese Student Beaten in London: 'We Don't Want to Catch Coronavirus'

A Chinese student studying in London has recounted how passersby assaulted him, shouting that they "don't want to catch coronavirus." According to Sky News, 23-year-old Robin Zheng said he was walking through one of London's busy areas when bystanders made comments about the virus. After that, one of them attacked him.

"Three or four guys and girls hit me in the face all at once," the young man recounted, adding that as a result of the assault, he now requires surgery because his eye was injured.
