Small Fish Are Being Held Accountable: Naira Zohrabyan on Military Affairs
MP Naira Zohrabyan addressed the issues of soldier fatalities and the recent dismissals of high-ranking officials in the army during a broadcast on First News. She stated, "There must be clear accountability and specific individuals who have been responsible for the long-standing injuries in the military, which have now metastasized. Naturally, there should also be dismissals, because for years we have seen that instead of the main actors, it is the small fish that are held accountable. If I were confident that by replacing X with Y, we could solve these multifaceted problems existing in the army, I would say, here is the culprit, dismiss him, and the issue would be resolved," she said.
According to her, the low educational level of military personnel brings unhealthy practices to the army. More details can be found in the original source.
