Due to Black Ice, 32-Year-Old Contract Serviceman Rolls Over in Car Accident
On February 10, an accident occurred in the Lori province. Around 13:30, 32-year-old Sayad Abovyan, a resident of Stepanavan, rolled over his GAZ 31105 vehicle with license plate 36 OV 039 near the N military unit's checkpoint close to Bazum village, as reported by Shamshyan.com.
As a result of the accident, driver S. Abovyan sought medical examination at the military hospital in Vanadzor. According to sources, the road was covered in black ice, and the responsible authorities had not taken any measures to treat the road with salt or sand.
