Fire Breaks Out at School in Abovyan
On February 4, at 15:14, the 911 emergency call center received a report of smoke coming from School No. 8 on Saralanj Street in Abovyan, Kotayk Province.
A firefighting unit from the regional rescue department of the Ministry of Emergency Situations was dispatched to the scene. The fire was contained by 16:05 and extinguished by 16:30. Damaged items included window frames (approximately 10 cubic meters) and a student desk and chair.
