Video: Drug-like Substances Found on 43-Year-Old Man's Property

On January 30, operational data was received by the Kapan Police Department indicating that a citizen on the left side of the Kapan-Kajaran road had prepared and stored drug-like substances with a distinct odor for personal use in the garden of his property.

An operational group from the police discovered a mass in a polyethylene bottle that resembled a drug, along with syringes and tablets, in the garden of the 43-year-old man's property during a site inspection.

The man admitted that the substance in question was a drug and that he prepared it for his own use. He was taken to the police station. Expert examinations have been scheduled and circumstances are being clarified. Materials are being prepared.
