Civil Aviation Committee Addresses Issues During Milan-Yerevan Flight
The Civil Aviation Committee of Armenia has issued a statement regarding concerns related to the Milan-Yerevan flight on January 28.
In the statement, it is mentioned: "Dear citizens, the Civil Aviation Committee of Armenia is aware of the issues that arose during Ryanair flight FR4456 from Milan to Yerevan on January 28, which involved the non-transportation of certain passengers. At the same time, the Committee has informed the leadership of Ryanair about this issue. For clear information regarding your rights, you can refer to the EU Regulation document, paying special attention to articles 1-9. You can access the EU regulation at the following website: eur-lex.europa.eu. In case of issues, you may also contact 'PASSENGER.AM' LLC to protect your rights."
