Hatred and Venom Have Reached an Extremely Dangerous Level: Iveta Tonoyan

The Deputy of the Prosperous Armenia Party (BHK) faction, Iveta Tonoyan, wrote on her Facebook page: "The act of Henrik Hartenyan, a member of the Yerevan City Council from the 'My Step' faction, not only defies common humane logic but also grossly violates all moral values. This is what we have constantly talked about—hatred and venom have reached an extremely dangerous level. So much so that even a mid-level official, who is perhaps surprised himself by how he ended up in power circles, feels entitled to infringe upon what is most important—family values. This is a tragedy now. Enough is enough... We have reached a threshold beyond which is literally chaos, the consequences of which could be devastating. I hope my colleagues from 'My Step' will come forward with an appropriate assessment and the subsequent actions that follow."
