Pashinyan is a Super Prime Minister in the Streets Even Without the Constitution: Simonyan
"We are gradually reducing the provisions of super prime ministership, but despite that, Nikol Pashinyan is a super prime minister in the streets even without the Constitution," said Vice Speaker of the National Assembly Alen Simonyan during a briefing with journalists.
According to him, "the process of limiting powers is taking place and has been happening since the very first day."
He mentioned that the public will soon witness discussions on a new Electoral Code in the National Assembly.
"I believe that this will happen this year," added the Vice Speaker of the National Assembly.
