Owner of '5th' Channel Armen Tavadyan to Remain in Custody
Owner of the '5th' channel Armen Tavadyan will remain in custody. This decision was announced shortly after returning from the consultation room by Judge Mnatsakan Harutyunyan of the Court of Appeals, thus rejecting Tavadyan's lawyers' appeal.
It is worth noting that Tavadyan is accused of bribing a witness or victim with the aim of providing false testimony by an organized group.
