I Urge Gevorg Gorgisyan Not to Compare Me with Anyone Else: Armen Ashotyani

Armen Ashotyani, the Vice President of the Republican Party of Armenia (RPA), made a posting on his Facebook page addressing the statement made today in the National Assembly by LHK MP Gevorg Gorgisyan, who compared him with one of the My Step faction MPs.

Here is the full text of Armen Ashotyani's post:

“Today, LHK faction MP Gevorg Gorgisyan compared me with one of the My Step faction MPs. I urge Mr. Gorgisyan to find other artistic solutions to please the authorities and not to compare me with anyone else anymore, neither top to bottom nor collectively. If the reason for recalling me is something else, for example, a previously experienced psychological trauma, latent sympathy, or the roaming ghost of Hamlet's father in the National Assembly hall, then he can simply gather my phone number without searching for my shine among some random and faceless passersby.”

It is noteworthy that Gevorg Gorgisyan from the LHK faction stated in the National Assembly: “We have also been in the former parliament, and when our colleague Suren Grigoryan was speaking from here, I wanted to say, Mr. Ashotyani, you came here with a wig, whatever you do is with a fake.”
