I Understand That You Are Not Aware of That: Manukyan to Babajanyan

Mr. Babajanyan, I would like to tell you a story about a musician friend of mine who found himself in a similar situation. This was stated today in the National Assembly by Arthur Manukyan, a member of the 'My Step' faction, referring to the incident between Arman Babajanyan and Gevorg Petrosyan.

He said, 'He looked that man in the face and said if I were sure that you understand and are capable of apologizing, I would demand that. But I understand that you are not aware of that.'
