Fake News About Pashinyan Having a 'Madman’s Note' Spread by Vanetsyan and Criminal Authorities, Ioannisyan Says

The National Security Service has individuals and circles that work against the values of the revolution, against democratic values, and even against the Prime Minister. This was stated by Daniel Ioannisyan, head of the 'Civil Society' NGO, in an interview with Factor.am today, January 13. He noted that this has been more pronounced during the tenure of former NSS director Arthur Vanetsyan.

“I recently learned about certain episodes of Vanetsyan's activities, for example, related to Nikol Pashinyan's fake, supposedly 'madman's note', which is circulating in Russia, claiming that Pashinyan has some mental deviations. We have all seen that fake news, but after Vanetsyan's resignation, we learned that he was the one who spread it, in conjunction with some criminal authorities,” he said.
