Police Conduct Operation 'Do Not Assert Yourself with Gunfire'
On December 26, the community police department of the Vagharshapat division arrested a citizen suspected of engaging in hooliganism on Vazgen I Street in the city of Ejmiatsin, based on operational intelligence received.
According to shamshyan.com, the information was credible, and the individual is identified as 37-year-old Sarkis Grigoryan, a resident of Ptghunk village. He allegedly fired random shots from his BMW vehicle with the license plate 34 XS 448 in the yard of building No. 12/A on Vazgen I Street around 21:20.
Based on reports, the Vagharshapat police not only apprehended the shooter but also seized his gas pistol and the BMW car. This operation was part of a preventive measure titled 'Arsenal: Do Not Assert Yourself with Gunfire.'
