Charges Filed Against Hrayr Tovmasyan, Head of the Constitutional Court
The Head of the Constitutional Court, Hrayr Tovmasyan, has been charged under Article 308, Part 2 of the RA Criminal Code (Abuse of official authority, which has caused serious consequences negligently).
This information has been reported by the Special Investigative Service.
It is noteworthy that Hrayr Tovmasyan is being interrogated by investigators from the Special Investigative Service this morning at the Constitutional Court.
