Duty Established at Revenue Committee on Non-Working and Holiday Days
The State Revenue Committee has established duty in certain subdivisions on non-working, holiday, and memorial days in connection with the New Year.
By the order of SRC President Davit Ananyan, in order to ensure uninterrupted customs clearance of goods transported across the customs border by economic operators engaged in foreign economic activity, duty has been set from December 28, 2019, to January 3-7, 2020, from 11:00 AM to 15:00 PM.
Specifically, duty has been established in SRC customs offices, anti-smuggling departments, customs control, investigation and operational intelligence, and information technology departments and secretariat. The Northern customs office will also operate on December 31, 2019, from 09:00 AM to 21:00 PM.
Information about the duty schedule, as well as the details and phone numbers of the responsible persons, are posted on information boards at customs operation sites.
According to the order of the SRC President, enhanced control will be implemented at border customs bodies by the SRC’s anti-smuggling department, customs offices, and border customs checkpoints during holiday and pre-holiday days.
