Can the Law Enforcement System Be Devalued This Much? Arman Babajanyan

MP Arman Babajanyan wrote on his Facebook page: “The National Security Service conducts arrests, the Special Investigation Service brings charges, the judge detains, then, with the assurance of a government MP, the measure of restraint is changed, afterward, the prosecution refuses to defend the charges, sends the case back to the Special Investigation Service, and so it continues... Where is the justice in this? Can the law enforcement system be devalued this much? If this can be called law enforcement and a system.”
