Razmik Abrahamyan Is No Longer the Chief Gynecologist of the Republic: Ministry Spokesperson

The spokesperson of the Ministry of Health of Armenia, Alina Nikoghosyan, stated on her Facebook page that recent reports in the media have repeatedly emphasized that Razmik Abrahamyan is the 'chief gynecologist.' In this regard, the spokesperson noted that since the beginning of his term, Health Minister Arsen Torosyan has reviewed the list of chief specialists in the ministry, and by the minister's order No 2300 - A dated September 7, 2018, Razmik Abrahamyan ceased to be an advisor (previously the chief specialist) in the field of obstetrics and gynecology.

It is noteworthy that yesterday it became known that Razmik Abrahamyan, director of the Republican Institute for Reproductive Health, Perinatology, Obstetrics, and Gynecology, was arrested.
